Mr. Rajendra Kumar Dalmia (Senior President - Century Textiles, Mumbai, India (a division of Century Textiles & Industries Ltd.)

Mr. R K Dalmia is the Senior President of Century Textiles, a division of Century Textiles & Industries Ltd., which is a B.K. Birla Group Company. A Chartered Accountant by qualification Mr. Dalmia is with the Group over the last three decades. He started his career in Birla Group in 1978 as Vice-President in The Technological Institute of Textiles and Sciences, Haryana and subsequently ascended to the position of President in 1983.

After joining Century Textiles, Mumbai on his transfer in 1985 he was responsible for better technical performance of the mill, which went on to win numerous accolades in the textile industry. With his penchant for challenges Mr. Dalmia conscientiously succeeded in setting up two new divisions of the Company i.e. Century Yarn in 1993 and Century Denim in 1997 at Satrati near Indore. Mr. Dalmia has been instrumental in setting up a new ultra-modern textile mill viz. BIRLA CENTURY near Bharuch in Gujarat in the year 2009 with 300 looms and over one lac spindles.

He is also instrumental in setting up a boys' residential school "B K Birla Center for Education" at Talegaon near Pune in 1998, affiliated to CBSE, which is now a co-ed institution.

The role of social activities is another facet on Mr. Dalmia's persona and he has been instrumental in improving working conditions and up-liftment of mill workers in particular and society at large.

Mr. Rohit Dalmia has over a decade of international experience in Real Estate, Financing, General Trading and the retail industry.

With double-Masters in Strategic Management and Business Administration from the US, he has worked for Fortune 500 companies, SMEs and managed several of his own real-estate investment and commercial financing businesses in the US.

Currently, Mr. Dalmia, based in Dubai is a recognized personality in the Middle-East services industry. It's his practical approach and expertise in Best Practices that has led him to become a successful entrepreneur.

As CEO of Middle-East Services Group, he firmly believes that success in business comes from recruiting the best talent, implementing tried and tested processes and leveraging advanced technical integration.

Specializing in Project Management & Operations Expertise specifically for Healthcare Facilities having completed multiple projects focusing on public health promotion, research and policy development, and strategic planning in a government-led atmosphere in the UAE.



Mr. Naman Dalmia - CIO

Naman Dalmia
Mr. Naman Dalmia, Promoter and Managing Director of Siphen Technologies, is a Graduate in Computer Science from Christ College, Bangalore. Having worked with Tata Consultancy Service Limited for 3 years, he decided to take the path less traveled and started Siphen Technologies in 2012. His clients included one of the biggest manufacturing firms of US, Avery Dennison Corporation and UK's Automobile Manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover Limited.

His experience with TCS not only gave him the confidence to start his own venture but also the guidance received from his peers and advisors helped him to discern the nuances to deal with clients. An enthusiast in IT, Naman likes exploring different avenues, which could be put, to use by Institutions/people to streamline their processes/workflow. He has recently tied up with a leading German Brand for the distribution of Touch Screen products in India and Middle East. One of his major products includes refining the process of using biometric match on cards - a hands free access solution for corporations to induce employee discipline at workplace.
